Booking Cancellation by the Client

Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.

You will be liable to pay the cancellation or amendment charges shown below:

Cancellation Charges

More than 90 days before arrival 25% of booking price
45 – 89 days before arrival 50% of booking price
30 – 44 days before arrival 65% of booking price
15 – 29 days before arrival 80% of booking price
14 days or less before arrival 90% of booking price

Important: There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.

Guest Policy

We warmly welcome globetrotters of all ages, including families, from every corner of the world.

Accommodation options range from mixed dormitories and a female-only dormitory to private rooms with en suite facilities, perfect for couples and families.

Note: We only accommodate groups aged 18 years and above.

Changes by the Company

In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
